Shipping

Every portrait is made after you order it. Production takes approximately 2–4 weeks, and shipping time is on top of that. If your order is time-sensitive, tell us before you order and we will say honestly whether it is realistic.

Shipping is included in the price for all supported destinations. The total you see on the review screen is the total you pay.

We ship anywhere in the European Union — all 27 member states, listed below.

Outside the EU we are not shipping yet. A cement portrait crossing a customs border picks up import duty and VAT that we cannot predict or include in the price, and we would rather not ship you a surprise bill. We are working on it. Your portrait goes out with a tracked courier service, and we email the tracking number to the address on your order the day it is dispatched. Once it is moving, delivery within the EU usually takes two to seven working days depending on how far it has to travel.

There are none. We ship from Lithuania to EU addresses only, so your parcel never crosses a customs border. The price you pay at checkout is the whole price — nothing is charged on arrival.

Cement is heavy and we pack accordingly, but couriers are couriers. If your portrait arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece and email info@ululuhome.com within 14 days. See the terms for how replacements and refunds are handled.
