FAQ
Questions, answered.
How many photos do you need?
At least 3 good photos, and up to 6. More angles make it easier to understand your dog's features.
Does my dog need to sit still?
No. The portrait is created entirely from the photos you upload, so your dog never has to pose for anything.
How long does it take?
Approximately 2–4 weeks for production, before shipping. Shipping is included in the price for all supported destinations.
Will it look exactly like my dog?
It is a handcrafted sculptural interpretation based on your photographs, not a mechanical copy. We work from your images to capture the proportions and character of your dog rather than reproducing a photograph in relief.
What is the portrait made from?
Molded cement, with a monochrome sculptural finish. It measures 30 × 30 cm and the frame is included.
Can I order as a gift?
Yes. For now the shipping details you enter at checkout determine where the finished portrait is sent. Separate purchaser and recipient details are planned for a future version.
